Ashley is a PE teacher, life-long athlete and mom of active twin boys. She loves all kinds of activities including biking, running, field hockey, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing. You name Ashley loves it.

In her pre-mom life Ashley played for the National team for Canada in field hockey.
