Michael is a Father of four and retired from law enforcement after almost 30 years of service. His passion is training himself and others in different athletic endeavors. Currently, he coaches a football team, a track & field team and fitness class for middle school kids. Additionally, he trains both children and adults for Spartan Races. KINeSYS became a staple for him about ten years ago when he owned and operated a bicycle shop and mountain bike racing team. The mountain bike team went on to become California State Champions! Aside from my training, Michael enjoys hiking, kayaking and sport fishing too. |
