Shannon is a Runner, Exercise Physiologist and works for The Running Movement as a Run Coach. She spends most days out in the sun with clients. She also has three kids (11, 9 and 5) and runs kid's rungroups as part of her job where she always supplies sunscreen and promotes sun safety. Over the years, Shannon’s father has had skin cancers cut out of his face and hands due to sun exposure, one of which as a melanoma so she is extra vigilant with applying sunscreen to herself and of course her fair skinned children. |
