Running has seriously changed Sophie's life and she credits running with allowing her to find herself and curb her anxieties and depression.

It has changed her mindset to that of someone who loves to be outdoors and will find any excuse to get out and about with her husband, kids, and fur babies.

She has gone from sitting on a couch to running her first marathon and now training for another (albeit virtually!).
